During presentation

• Slow down — especially when nerves spike.
• Use deliberate, measured speech.
• Be intentional with pauses to let concepts land.

PowerPoint tips

• Use PowerPoint Presenter mode. Use a virtual desktop if you need to switch between PowerPoint and other applications.
• Exit Presenter mode: press Escape.
• Restart from current slide: press Shift+F5.
